Streetscape Project

 Concept Plan (Phase I) - proposed improvements for US 1 to include new left turn lanes at critical intersections, lengthened center left turn lanes, relocation of utility poles, widening of sidewalks, drainage improvements, landscaping, streetscape enhancements and main street improvements in Downtown Overlea. Phase I approved in 2007, waiting on funding for Phase II - Actual Design. Our project will compete with 33 other projects within the State of Maryland. See Diagrams for more detailed Concept Design.
