Membership into the Linover Improvement Association is voluntary, but we encourage all residents within our boundaries to participate.  Annual dues are only $10/year! If you have children living with you, are a home owner, or if you are just concerned about the neighborhood you live in to be the best it can possibly be, then you will benefit from being a member.

Volunteering and giving back to the community:

  • Stemmers Run stream cleanup

  • Opportunities to join committees

For home owners:

  • Annual Dumpster Day
  • County code laws are enforced by the association.
  • The LIA has helped to get the streets paved, new curbs and gutters, and increased safety on our streets.
  • Member of the White Marsh Police Community Relations Council
  • Strong active community drives pride in home ownership leading to strong property values.
  • $1,500.00 annual scholarship given to a student going into college.
