Membership into the Linover Improvement Association is voluntary, but we encourage all residents within our boundaries to participate.  The minimum suggested donation is $10/year! If you have children living with you, if you are a home owner, or if you are just concerned about the neighborhood you live in to be the best it can possibly be, then you will benefit from donating.  Our expenses keep increasing every year so if you can afford it, we encourage a $20 Good Neighbor donation.

  • We give student service hours for help at events

For home owners:

  • County code laws are enforced by the association.
  • The LIA has helped to get the streets paved, new curbs and gutters, and increased safety on our streets.
  • We are a member of the White Marsh Police Community Relations Council
  • Strong active community drives pride in home ownership leading to strong property values.
  • $1,000.00 annual scholarship given to a student going into college.
